Acoustic wooden floors

Lignum Venetia offers a solution that improves the acoustic comfort of the environment through parquet flooring. It is a layer of rubber-and-cork composed of a granular mixture of the two components: the cork, which allows to break down the acoustic sound waves and the rubber, which absorbs the noise of the trampling. This layer is applied directly to the lower part of each woodstave, thus becoming an integral part of the structure; a very effective system for the attenuation of sound waves, easy to install without using the specific mattress. The rubber cork, in fact, represents an excellent anti-vibration solution, able to absorb the noise of trampling in the daily use of the floor but not only; it also allows for greater acoustic insulation between the various floors of a house (floor/ceiling).
